ELEVATE IFS Coaching ("ELEVATE," "we," "us," or "our") is a training program operated by Bill Tierney and Rachel Fink Parks. ELEVATE is not affiliated with the IFS Institute. ELEVATE training is informed by IFS and other Parts Work modalities. ELEVATE is a professional training program for experienced coaches, not therapy or clinical training.

By enrolling in the ELEVATE program or registering for a workshop, you acknowledge that sessions will be recorded and that your voice, image, and contributions may appear in those recordings.

The ELEVATE training environment is designed to be a safe and intimate container for learning, practice, and personal growth. All participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of what is shared during training sessions, including coaching demonstrations, practice exercises, and group discussions.

ELEVATE is a professional coaching training program. It is not therapy, counseling, or clinical training. The confidentiality expectations described here reflect our professional standards, not therapist-client privilege under law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver our programs and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you request that we delete your data, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business recordkeeping (such as payment records and certificate issuance).
