ELEVATE integrates training, live demonstrations, and guided practice to help you skillfully utilize the Internal Family Systems model within the scope and competencies of professional coaching.
Each program day is highly interactive, filled with experiential exercises that deepen your connection to the various parts of yourself and strengthen your ability to coach from grounded, attuned presence.
You will receive a treasure trove of information, witness powerful demo coaching and engage in rich debriefing and Q&A sessions.
In this safe and intimate container, you'll practice with your cohort of experienced coaches which will deepen your learning and strengthen your skills. With ample practice and compassionate guidance, you’ll gain the confidence to bring the power of IFS to your own coaching clients.
ELEVATE provides 40 CCE's from the International Coach Federation (approval pending).

Meet Your Trainers
Bill Tierney
Certified IFS Practitioner
Bill Tierney is a widely recognized IFS coach and consultant. He received his IFS Certified Practitioner designation through the IFS Institute, where he also served as a Program Assistant in the Institute's trainings. In addition, he completed the IFSCA Stepping Stones program as well as two levels of Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) trainings.
Bill is the cofounder of Parts Work Practice, a community of more than 6,000 members who gather several times a month to practice using the IFS model. He also leads multiple IFS coaching groups, provides supervision for IFS practitioners and works with private clients. In addition, Bill hosts the Parts Work Practice Conference and cohosts The True You Podcast.
Alongside his coaching and teaching, Bill is a prolific writer on Internal Family Systems. He has authored four IFS coaching workbooks: True Self Leadership (2019), The Self-led Project (2021), Self-led Results (2023), and Compassionate Results Guidebook (2025). He is also the coauthor of the Parts Work Guidebook (2025).
Bill began his coaching career in 2011, drawing on ten years of experience with Byron Katie's The Work. In 2016, he graduated from Accomplishment Coaching's ICF-accredited Coaches' Training Program. After working with an IFS practitioner, he was so inspired by the results that he began using IFS exclusively with his clients and has never looked back.
Bill has developed a powerful framework that brings together the immense depth of IFS with the structure and results orientation of coaching. Through ELEVATE, he is delighted to share this model with coaches who are committed to expanding what's possible in transformational work.
Rachel Fink Parks, MS
Certified Professional Coach
Rachel Fink Parks has been a highly respected coach and leader for more than twenty years. She led the flagship Accomplishment Coaching Coaches' Training Program from 2004 to 2010. As Senior Leader, she created curriculum, mentored emerging leaders, and guided the team that secured the program's first accreditation by the International Coach Federation.
Rachel played a pivotal role in growing what began as a small coaching company with one program into a nationally recognized leader in coach training.
She continues to serve Accomplishment Coaching in the role of Leader Emeritus.
While Rachel brings a deep well of wisdom, it's her way of being that people repeatedly point to as her gift. She has an expansive, unconditional presence that awakens self-compassion and self-belief in those she supports. From there, transformation unfolds.
When Rachel encountered Internal Family Systems, it was love at first sight. She recognized IFS as the leading edge in personal development and an incredibly powerful model for coaches who want to deepen their impact.
Rachel completed Coaching with IFS through the Institute for Healing and Awakening and has completed the IFS Institute's IFS Online Circle.
In addition, she has trained in advanced IFS topics such as money, grief, and plant medicine preparation and integration.
Rachel is deeply fulfilled by sharing the magic of IFS with her fellow coaches through ELEVATE.
